The Golden Leopard Level Fist is a middle level form of the Tsai Lee Fo system. It is composed of 74 postures. The book is well photographed with English and Chinese explanations on each page. This form has the characteristic Long Arm motion of this famous southern style. Particularly distinctive are the Spread Wing motions, the famous Chop Choy twisting punch and of course the Tsai Lee Fot swing punches.
